Dry the fresh leaves of Periwinkle and make powder and keep it in a cold packed container. Take one spoonful of fresh fruit juice or water with the powder daily. Powder can be bitter taste.

Never take more than three to four leaves of Periwinkle. To control the level of blood glucose, it can chew in the day.
